Brandi Chancellor, age 39, of Amity, died Saturday, March 14, 2020.
She was born on October 25, 1980, in Hot Springs, the daughter of Daniel Taylor and Marsha Cowart Taylor. On October 4, 2018, she married James Chancellor. She was preceded in death by her father; and one brother, Brian Taylor.
Brandi was a member of Lake Hills Free Will Baptist Church. She worked as a correctional officer for the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
She is survived by her husband, James Chancellor of Amity; three sons, Noah Porter of Hot Springs; Kaine Porter and Justin Chancellor, both of Amity; three daughters and one son-in-law, Taylor Porter of Hot Springs, Hanna Porter of Amity and Lora and Sam Weinstein of Lafayette, Louisiana; one granddaughter, Lily Weinstein; her mother and step-father, Marsha and Tom McElroy of Hot Springs; one brother, Jeremy Taylor of Hopper; one sister and brother-in-law, Angela and Chip Bulhoes of Benton; nieces, nephews and a host of wonderful friends.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 18, 2020, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs with Bro. Jonathan McEntire officiating.
Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Caddo Gap.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Tuesday evening.
Pallbearers will be Andra Burns, Jason Jackson, Paul Thompson, Antonio Rookard, Trevor Rowland and Joey Chancellor.
