Brenda Sue Browning Coffee, age 70, of Hot Springs, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018.
She was born on June 15, 1947 in Switzer, West Virginia, the daughter of Arland Browning, Sr. and Louise “Una” Kiser Browning. On October 2, 1971, she married Billy R. Coffee. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Arland Browning, Jr, George and Wilma Browning and John and Tina Browning; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Barbara Brown and Alice and Jerry Wiley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Brenda worked for Avon for 15 years and she retired from Caterpillar after more than 10 years of service. She loved to travel and going to casinos. Brenda will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Billy R. Coffee of Hot Springs; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Roger and Janine Coffee of Wood Dale, Illinois and Richard Coffee, Sr. of Hot Springs; two grandsons Nick Coffee of Wood Dale, Illinois and Richard Coffee, Jr. of Valparaiso, Indiana; one granddaughter, Kimberly Coffee of Hot Springs; three sisters-in-law, Robbie Browning of Dresden, Tennessee, Myrtle Batty and Sarah Mateja, both of Hot Springs; and many nieces and nephews who loved her very much.
Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, February 7, 2018 in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs with Rev. Scott Gallimore officiating.
Interment will be in Crestview Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Tuesday evening.
Pallbearers will be Roger Coffee, Gregory Wiley, George Browning, Jr., Vince Wellman, John Batty and Jerry Batty.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Ted M. Faro and his staff and the staff of Kindred Hospice.
