Jayci Elizabeth Hoover

Jayci Elizabeth Hoover, treasured daughter of Jay and Angela Hoover and beloved sister of Josh, Olivia and Addison, of Little Rock, was born on June 13, 2012. A beautiful baby girl who touched so many lives in such a brief time, passed peacefully in the arms of her family. She was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandparents, Jimmy and Elizabeth Carroll; and her maternal great-grandparents, Glen and Artell Stephens and Bobby Harvill. Our precious Jayci was also survived by her paternal grandparents, Jay and Jill Hoover of Texarkana; her maternal grandparents, Rodney and Audrey Stephens of Little Rock and Greg Harvill of Monticello; her paternal great-grandparents, Harry and Annette Hoover of Hot Springs Village; her maternal great-grandmother, Jackie Harvill of Dumas; and her loving aunts and uncles, Tiffany and Jonathan Barnard of Monticello, Jon and Rachel Hoover of Texarkana, and Ashley and Matt Milligan of Weatherford, Texas. We will always miss and love you, Jayci, our precious little angel. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, June 15, 2012, in the Mount Joy Cemetery in Daisy with Dr. Walter Smith officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood. The Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep Foundation provided a volunteer photographer to record her short life with us.
