LaNell Jones Coslin

LaNell Jones Coslin, age 81, of Duncanville, Texas, passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2020. She was born on January 22, 1939 in Cloudy, Oklahoma, the daughter of Tom Bridgers and Leona Tackett Bridgers. She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Haskell Jones. Lanell was known as a friendly person who always enjoyed meeting new people. She was always easy to talk to. To her family, she was a wonderful wife and mother. She is survived by her husband, Doyle "Goose" Coslin of Duncanville, Texas; two daughters, Melody Jones of Caddo Gap and Tammy Albitz of Dallas, Texas; four grandchildren; Jennifer Fourteen, Andrew Albitz, Jamie Walker and Allison Albitz; four great-grandchildren, Mira Emert, Nina Fourteen, John-Luke Walker and Gunnar Fourteen; and four siblings, Marcella Rutherford of Caddo Gap, Tommy Bridgers of Duncanville, Texas, LaQuetta Klinge of Caddo Gap and Pat Packard of Duncanville, Texas. Memorial services for LaNell will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2020, at 2:00 PM in the Cliff Temple Baptist Church, Bassett Chapel, 125 Sunset, Dallas, Texas 75208 and on Saturday, February 22, 2020, at 2:00 PM in the Caddo Gap Baptist Church, 48 6th Street, Caddo Gap, Arkansas 71935. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.
