Margaret Oakes Winn, age 73, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, died Wednesday, May 8, 2013. She was born on March 12, 1940, in Houston, Texas, the daughter of James Garland Oakes, Jr. and Juanita Louana Wilhite Oakes. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Martha Smith. She is survived by her husband, Jack Winn of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Diane Wright of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her granddaughter, Amanda Roberts of Stillwater, Oklahoma; her stepdaughter, Kelly Willits of Indiana and her sons, Tyler and Kahler; her stepson, Kirk Winn and his wife, Nancy, of Tulsa, Oklahoma and their children, Jaquelyn Cosby and her husband, Elijah James, Harrison Winn and Conner Winn; her stepdaughter, Tracy Winn of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her nephew, Robert Smith and his wife, Dolores, and their daughter Sara; her nieces, Susan Smith and her husband, Dan, and Cathy Garrison; and nephew, James Van Smith. Graveside services will be held at 7:00 PM, Saturday, May 11, 2013, in the Glenwood Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood. Guest registry is at www.davis-smith.com.
