Marie Ann Felts, age 70, of Glenwood, died Sunday, September 22, 2013. She was born on January 25, 1943, at Salem, the daughter of Ernest Woodall and Ruby Parker Woodall. On May 8, 1959, she was married to Larry Logan Felts, who preceded her in death on December 5, 1987. She was also preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Lonnie Woodall. She attended Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, enjoyed sewing, working in her yard, decorating her house, spending time outdoors, camping, hunting and fishing. She was a loving, devoted and dedicated mother, grandmother and great-grandmother whose greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her son, Larry Dwayne Felts of Glenwood; two daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Robert Helms of Glenwood and Julie and Gary Kuykendall of Joplin, Missouri; seven grandchildren, Mellisa White, Crystal Kennon, Zachary Felts, Kelsey Kuykendall, Kenzie Kuykendall, Clint Kuykendall and Jared Kuykendall; two great-grandchildren, Alexander Kennon and Easton White; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Patsy and Tommie Hindman of Tuscumbia, Alabama, Ernesteen "Tina" Neighbors of Hot Springs and Sherry Carey-Wicker of Delaware, Arkansas; several nieces and nephews; and a host of wonderful friends. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 26, 2013, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Glenwood with Bro. J. B. Evans and Bro. Greg Cowart officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday evening, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Interment will be in the Salem Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood. Pallbearers will be Lance Maxey, Rodney Hudgins, Josh Carey, Terry McElhanon, Jon Ledbetter and Tommie Hindman. Honorary pallbearers will be Bob McElhanon, Richard Helms and Marcus Conner.
