Patti Ann Dickson Fisher

November 20, 1939 — January 28, 2019

Patti Ann Dickson Fisher, loving wife, mother and grandmother, age 79, of Little Rock, passed away on Monday, January 28, 2019, due to complications of Alzheimer s disease. She was born on November 20, 1939, in Amity, the daughter of Paul H. Dickson and Vada Nutt Dickson. On November 17, 1962, she was married to William A. "Bill" Fisher. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her spouse of 54 years, William A. "Bill" Fisher. Her greatest accomplishment was being a wife, mother and grandmother. She worked for Aerojet in California and loved her job, but once she had her first child, she became a stay at home mother and homemaker which she treasured. She was Missionary Baptist in faith. She is survived by her loving children and their spouses, William Keith and Kay Fisher of Little Rock; Phyllis and Eric Jacobsen of Maumelle; Jennifer and Brian Decker of Little Rock; six grandchildren, Jon Jacobsen, Jamey Jacobsen, Ava Robbins, Benjamin Decker, Cory Holt and Brianna Decker; two great-grandchildren, Hannah Jacobsen and Emily Jacobsen; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Leon Dickson of Oklahoma and Johnny and Sharon Dickson of Texas; one sister; Elizabeth Davis of Little Rock; several nieces, nephews and extended family members; and for the past two years her dear friend and caretaker, Rita McMichael. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 2, 2019, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Glenwood with Bro. John McAnally officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday, 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM, prior to the services. Interment will be in the Sweet Home Cemetery, near Amity. Pallbearers will be Keith Fisher, Eric Jacobsen, Brian Decker, Jon Jacobsen, Jamey Jacobsen and Cory Holt. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Pattis memory to Alzheimers Arkansas, 201 Markham Center Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205.
