Vera Daniels

Vera Daniels, age 66, of Glenwood, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2016. She was born on January 5, 1950, in Walnut Ridge, the daughter of Joshua Henry Turnbull and Fern Meeker Turnbull. She was a retired nurse's aide and was very active in the TOPS organization during the 90's. She was the 2015 Senior Mrs. Pike County. She is survived by her son, Phillip Daniels of Wichita Falls, Texas; her daughter, Cendy Jenkins of Jonesboro; two step-daughters, Paula Brewer of Mountain Home and Pamela Dye of Little Rock; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her brother, J. R. Turnbull of Atlanta, Georgia. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood. Guest registry is at www.davis-smith.com.
