Andrew Tyler Perkins

Andrew Tyler Perkins, known as “Tyler” of Pencil Bluff, passed away on November 29, 2020. Andrew was the son of Ellen and James Perkins of Pencil Bluff. Andrew was born in Mena and was raised in West Fork and Pencil Bluff. Andrew attended school at Oden and traveled all over the country working throughout most of his life. Andrew was a loving father to Jett, Jagger and Nevaeh. Andrew loved to live life to the fullest each day and would help a stranger in need.

Andrew is preceded in death by his grandfather, Patrick Romero; cousin, Eric Shipp; cousin, Cory Vick; cousin, Crystal Vick; and aunt, Rebecca Romero.

Andrew is survived by sons, Jett and Jagger Perkins of Mount Ida; daughter Nevaeh Galloway-Perkins of Benton; his mother, Ellen Perkins of Pencil Bluff; father, James Dean Perkins of Pencil Bluff; brother, James Cole Perkins of Pencil Bluff; brother, Jerrod Perkins of Pencil Bluff; sister, Carmen Mullins of Van Buren; sister, Debbie Caviness of Van Buren; grandmother, Retha Romero of Pencil Bluff; close family friend, Bruce Manuel of Pencil Bluff; wife, Crystal Johnson of Mount Ida; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and close friends.

A memorial service will be announced at a later time.

Memorials may be made to the Sulphur Springs Baptist Church, 925 Sulphur Springs Road, Norman, Arkansas, 71960.

Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home and Crematory, Glenwood.
