Chris Allen Farmer, Sr.

Chris Allen Farmer, Sr., age 48, of Norman, passed away on Monday, May 17, 2021.

He was born on October 31, 1972, the son of Bernet Farmer and Mary Simpson Farmer. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, James Farmer; his sister, Jeri Farmer; two nephews; and one niece.

Chris enjoyed the outdoors, floating the river and caring for his animals. He loved spending time with family, especially his kids.

He is survived by his loving companion, Pam Morrow of Norman; his four children, Chris, Jr., Stephen, Ellen and Hannah, all of Harrison; his siblings and their spouses, Venita and Danny Collins of Valley Springs, Jennitta Farmer of Western Grove, Carol and L. D. Cogburn of Norman, Sheila and Greg Hamner of Caddo Gap, Kent and Hannah Farmer of Norman and Amy Farmer of Kansas City, Missouri; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, May 30, 2021, in the home of Sheila and Greg Hamner, 145 Buttermilk Springs Road, Caddo Gap, Arkansas with Bro. Greg Hamner officiating.

Arrangements were under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.
