Doyle B. Sigman, age 90, of Glenwood, died Monday, December 5, 2011. He was born on August 5, 1921, at Glenwood, the son of O. L. Sigman and Esther McKinley Sigman. On March 26, 1954, he married Irene Jones Sigman who preceded him in death on June 14, 2005. He was also preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Cecil Sigman. Doyle was a member of the Glenwood Church of Christ. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and served in the European Campaign. After 30 years of service as a welder, he retired from Reynolds Aluminum in Arkadelphia. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed gardening, fishing and playing golf. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Renee and Lynn Williams of Hot Springs; two grandsons, Ben Williams of Searcy and David Williams of Little Rock; one brother and sister-in-law, Cleo and Maxine Sigman of Glenwood; one sister, Mary S. Lee of Little Rock; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, December 9, 2011, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Glenwood with E. J. Johnson officiating. Visitation will be Thursday evening, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Burial will be in the Glenwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Sam Adams, Charles Golden, Doyle Shields, Harlan "Squeak" Robbins, Ben Williams and David Williams. Memorials may be made to the Glenwood Church of Christ Building Fund, P.O.
