Fanchon M. Jackson

May 14, 1930 — February 24, 2014

Fanchon M. Jackson, age 83, of Glenwood, died Monday, February 24, 2014. She was born on May 14, 1930, in Choctaw, Oklahoma, the daughter of Richard Garner and Alice Coffey Garner. Fanchon and Carmen started their marriage in Arkansas then moved to Arizona where she helped Carmen with his car business and worked as a waitress. After several years, they returned to Glenwood where they have resided for the past twenty years. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, but she will remain in each of their hearts forever. She is survived by two sons, Donnie Young of Oklahoma and Randy Jackson of Newhope; her daughter, Sharon Jackson of Glenwood; one step-daughter, Barbara Granado of Phoenix, Arizona; and three grandchildren, David Young, Kenan Young and James Young.
