Jacqueline "Jackie" Jean Hodges

October 7, 1966 — August 7, 2021

Jacqueline “Jackie” Jean Hodges, age 54, of Hot Springs, passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2021.

She was born on October 7, 1966, in Hot Springs, the daughter of Jackie Lane Graves and Francis Scott Graves. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Jackie always gave everything her best. She was the best daughter, wife, mother and grandmother she could possibly be. She was a very strong woman and there wasn’t any mountain to steep for her. She was a breast cancer survivor, and was brave, kind and gentle. Jackie was very proud of her children and grandchildren, her eyes would light up when her grandchildren came into view. We all are going to miss the woman who cared for us and also enjoyed being with us, more than she probably ever dreamed.

She is survived by her husband, Chris Hodges; her son, Shan Godwin; her daughter, Amber Godwin; four grandchildren, Christopher Alred, Sileas Streetman, Nathaniel Randolph and Payton Ward; two brothers, Larry Graves and Shawn Graves; numerous nieces, nephew, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.

A private service will be at a later date.
