James Ausbon Graham

James Ausbon Graham, age 75, of Pearcy, passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2021.

He was born on July 24, 1946, in Hot Springs, the son of Ausbon and Octavia “Tommie” Graham. On May 16, 1970, he married, Sue Howell Graham. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He was a born again Christian and loved the Lord. He and his family took several mission trips to Romania over the years. He was loved by young people and taught a junior high Bible class at church every week for 20 years.

James was a graduate of Lakeside High School as well as Ouachita Baptist University. Before retirement, he and his wife were the owners of Graham Outdoor Advertising, a billboard company in Hot Springs.

James was a great storyteller and loved to share stories on life, humor and about the “good ole days”! He was relatable to so many people of all ages and loved by all!

He is survived by his wife, Sue Graham of fifty-one years; his children, Tonya Graham and Jeffrey Graham, all of Pearcy; his brother-in-law, Robert Howell; his sister-in-law, Sandra Munos, both of Hot Springs; and his two nephews, Alex Munos of Hot Springs and Jason Munos of Nebraska.

Honorary pallbearers will be: Robert Howell, Alex Munos, Jason Munos, Jerry Porter, Randy Porter, Brian Porter, David Porter, Jason Daniel, Jon Dixon, Lee Scroggins, Stanley May, Paul Hardage, Gerardo Eligio, Pavel Ban and Ruben Bermejo.

Due to the pandemic, no funeral services are planned at this time. A memorial service will be announced at a later time.

Interment will be in Price Cemetery, Hot Springs under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
