Tammy Leigh Cagle

October 11, 1971 — January 9, 2021

Tammy Leigh Cagle, age 49, of Norman, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, January 9, 2021.

She was born on October 11, 1971, in Dardanelle, the daughter of James Don Collins and Mary Johnston Collins. She was preceded in death by her father; her sister, Connie Rose; her grandmother, Marie Warren; and her brother-in-law, Kaylon Burrow. On August 29, 2013, she married Dennis Cagle and they had seven wonderful years together.

Tammy was an active member of Community Bible Baptist Church. A 1990 graduate of Caddo Hills High School, she was employed at Shelby Manufacturing with over seventeen years of service. She enjoyed her job and the people she worked with every day. She adored her family and spending time with them, especially with her granddaughter, Ella Rose.

She leaves behind her loving husband, Dennis Cagle of Norman; one daughter she cherished more than anything, Ally Golden and her son-in-law, Lance Golden of Kirby; one precious granddaughter she adored, Ella Rose Golden; her mother, Mary Collins of Norman; four sisters, Terri Evans and her husband, Mark, of Glenwood, Christie Burrow and Candy Collins, both of Norman and Stephanie McBryde of Ocala, Florida; her brother-in-law, Charles Rose of Van Buren; five step-children and their spouses, Kimberly and Trey Medina of Norman, Spencer Cagle and Michael Cagle, both of Glenwood, Penn and Kimberly Darden and Deborah and Justin Portillo, all of Texarkana; eight step-grandchildren, Heaven Cagle, Angel Cagle, Elijah Cagle, Colton Medina, Collin Medina, Emma Brewer, Paige Darden and Erilyn Portillo; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 13, 2021, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Glenwood, with Bro. Tony Hill officiating.

Honorary pallbearers will be her co-workers at Shelby Manufacturing.

Memorials may be made in Tammy’s memory to Community Bible Baptist Church, PO Box 1412, Glenwood, Arkansas 71943.

Social distancing directives will be in place with no more than 66% total occupancy at any one time in the funeral home, avoidance of physical contact and all attendees 10 years of age or older must be wearing a face covering at all times.
